The basics.
What's the difference between Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning?
DOC covers execution — we run your day so you can enjoy it. Partial Planning picks up where your own planning leaves off, finishing the details and running the day. Full Planning handles everything, from your very first idea through to the last dance.
How far in advance should I book?
Day-of Coordination starts 4 weeks out, Partial Planning 6 months out, and Full Planning 9–18 months out — but earlier is always better, except for founding-rate spots, which are capacity-based rather than deadline-based.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes, based on your location — this is quoted individually for your specific venue.
What areas do you service?
NSW only for now — no interstate weddings at this stage.
Why should I book someone new to offering planning/DOC as a standalone service?
I'm offering DOC and Partial Planning as standalone services for the first time — but I'm not new to weddings. Working weddings, I kept finding myself stepping into an unofficial coordination role — running timelines, managing vendors, keeping the day on track. I'm also planning my own wedding right now, so I know the process from the couple's side too. Because I'm building this part of the business, I'm currently taking a limited number of founding clients — which means more of my time and attention on fewer weddings.
What's your payment structure?
A non-refundable deposit secures your date. From there, you'll get a personalised payment schedule tailored to your wedding, with final payment due 4 weeks before the big day.
What happens if the wedding is postponed?
Your date can transfer to the new one, subject to availability — unless it's postponed more than 12 months out, in which case a new deposit may be required.
What's your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Depending on when you cancel, up to 50% of your original quote may be payable — this generally applies if the date can't be rebooked (for example, cancelling around a month out).
Can services be combined or customised?
Yes — every couple's needs are different, so combined or hybrid scopes are discussed and built around what you actually want.
Day-of Coordination

What if my wedding runs longer than the included 8 hours?
Additional time is $125/hour beyond the base.
Do you set up styling and décor?
I oversee setup and styling and give guidance; hands-on setup and styling is available as an add-on.
Can I add a rehearsal?
Yes, optional and available on request.
Is bump-out/pack-down included?
It sits outside the base 8 hours and is billed at the $125/hour overage rate.
Partial Planning
Finishing what you've started.
I've already booked some vendors — does that still work?
Yes — Partial Planning is built for exactly that. We source and confirm whatever's left, and take over from there.
How many meetings do I get?
Three dedicated planning meetings — at the start, the middle, and a few weeks out.
Do I get support close to the wedding?
Yes — unlimited email/text support for the final 6 weeks before your wedding.
Full Planning
Handled from the start.
Do you handle my guest list and seating plan?
Yes, fully managed as part of Full Planning.
Is vendor contract review included?
It's available as a paid add-on, even at the Full Planning tier.
How many meetings will we have?
As many client meetings as needed, plus guaranteed vendor meetings.
