This website is operated by K&BD PTY LTD trading as Kapturing Love by K (ABN available on request). We offer wedding photography, videography, content creation, and planning and coordination services across New South Wales, Australia.

What information we collect

We collect personal information when you complete an enquiry form on this website. This may include:

A popup may appear when you go to leave the site, inviting you to stay in touch. If you choose to submit this form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number to follow up about your enquiry. A link to book a free consultation is also provided, which opens an external booking tool (Google Calendar).

All forms on this website are processed by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), a third-party form handling and hosting provider. When you submit a form, your information is transmitted securely to Netlify and forwarded to us by email. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Session recording and analytics — Microsoft Clarity

This website uses Microsoft Clarity, a behaviour analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with our website by recording anonymised session data, including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behaviour.

Clarity may collect the following information:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth
• Session recordings of how you interact with the page
• Device type, browser, and general location (country or region level)

Clarity automatically masks sensitive form fields such as passwords and payment inputs. We have configured Clarity to mask all text input fields on our enquiry forms so that personal details you type are not recorded.

Clarity uses cookies to identify returning sessions. These cookies do not identify you personally. Microsoft's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com.

A notice is displayed on your first visit informing you that session recording is in use. You can decline by clicking "Decline" in the notice, which will prevent Clarity from loading during your visit.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses the following browser storage:

• Microsoft Clarity cookies — used for session analytics as described above. These persist across visits.
• Session storage (klbk_popup_shown) — used to remember whether you have already seen our exit popup during a single visit. This is deleted automatically when you close your browser tab and is never sent to us.

Unsolicited contact

We only contact people who have voluntarily submitted an enquiry form or left their details via our popup. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not given us their contact details directly and explicitly.
