Founding rate — limited spots
Day-of Coordination
From $1,000 (8 hours) + travel
Starts 4 weeks before your wedding.
- Final run sheet, sent to every vendor who needs it
- Vendor confirmations in the lead-up
- Optional venue walkthrough and rehearsal
- MC and vendor briefing before the day
- One dedicated planning meeting
- Your single point of contact on the day
- Overseeing setup and styling, with feedback (hands-on setup/styling available as an add-on)
- Full-day timeline management, ceremony through reception
- Cueing every key moment
- Emergency kit on hand
What's not included?
- Hands-on setup/styling (available as an add-on)
- Bump-out/pack-down beyond the 8-hour base (billed as overage — see FAQ)
- Hours beyond the included 8 — $125/hr (see FAQ)
