Vendor confirmations sent — arrival times, contact details, and expectations for the day, ideally coordinated by one point of contact rather than you personally chasing everyone.
2 weeks out
Seating plan finalised. Any styling or décor details confirmed with whoever's setting up.

Final walkthrough of the timeline. Rehearsal, if you're having one. Emergency kit packed.
