4 weeks out

Final headcount confirmed with your venue and caterer. Final run sheet drafted. If you're booking Day-of Coordination, this is typically when it begins.

3 weeks out

Vendor confirmations sent — arrival times, contact details, and expectations for the day, ideally coordinated by one point of contact rather than you personally chasing everyone.

2 weeks out

Seating plan finalised. Any styling or décor details confirmed with whoever's setting up.

1 week out

Final walkthrough of the timeline. Rehearsal, if you're having one. Emergency kit packed.

The week of

This is where a coordinator earns their keep — fielding the last-minute questions so you're not the one doing it the night before your wedding.
